60% of Alamance Christian School's AP students scored 3 or higher on their AP exams during the 2011-12 school year which far exceeds the state public school average.
Alamance Christian School high school students are afforded the opportunity to take college-level courses while in high school through the Advanced Placement Program. AP classes allow students to study subjects in great detail and depth and receive college credit for the course work. Student maturity and motivation to push themselves intellectually and to commit themselves to academic excelence not only allow the satisfaction of completing college coursework prior to entry into collece, but it will also enable the student to achieve greater respect during the college admissions process.
