Cheaper by the Dozen 2011
The Drama Group of Alamance Christian School presented "Cheaper By The Dozen" which is the story of a real-life family chronicled in the 1948 book by Frank Gilbreth Jr. and his sister, Ernestine Gilbreth Carey. The story was adapted for the stage and screen, and film portrayals have been made in 1950 and again in 2005.
Performing in the ACS presentation were: Alex Shockley, Shelby Henning, Syvanna Makin, Madeline White, C.J. Hinshaw, Alyssa Hinshaw, Daniel Talley, Daniel Hinshaw, Grant Wiedenheft, Stacy Henning, Ethan Fincannon, Wyatt Howard, Charlene Thomas, Hannah Pegg, Ethan Loy, and Caleb Clapp. Duane Manning directed and was assisted by Mark Kephart.
