Graduation 2011

For over 40 years, Alamance Christian School has been graduating seniors and presenting them to the World to become World Changers for Christ.  On May 27 Alamance Christian School graduated 29 seniors.

Speeches were delivered by the following graduates:  Miss Kaylee Russ, Valedictorian; Miss Charlotte Talley, Salutatorian; Miss Samantha Thomas, Miss ACS; Mr. C. J. Hinshaw, Mr. ACS.  

Special awards were presented to the following:  Principal's Award to Miss Samantha Thomas and Mr. Blake Marley.  The ACS Overcomer's Award to Mr. Christian Phillips.  

Scholarships were presented as follows:  Mr. Paul Burns presented The Graham Rotary Club $1,000 Scholarship to Miss Kimberly Diniz.  Ms. Carol Wade presented the Alamance Community College Scholarship for two year's full tuition to Miss Leah Neese. The Doug Roberts' Scholarship for $1,000 was presented to Miss Kimberly Diniz.  The Taitym Benesch Memorial Scholarship for $2,000 was presented to Miss Leah Neese.

Other scholarships received by seniors were the Janell Patille Scholarship to Miss Kimberly Diniz and the Wingage University Trustee's Scholarship of $1,000  to Miss charlotte Talley.
