National Honor Society Fall 2011 Induction
On November 10, 2011 Alamance Christian School held its Fall National Honor Society Induction Ceremony. Mr. Delorge opened the ceremony with a challenge from Proverbs 9:9-10 and Luke 2:52 emphasizing growing in godly wisdom. Speeches on character, leadership, service, and academics were given by NHS officers Mark Kephart, Leslie Bunker, Jennafer Fowler, and Ross Myers. United States Army Reserve Chaplain Larry McCarty shared about his time as a Mobilized Chaplain-and then focused on I Corinthians 16:13-14. He challenged the students to be vigilant, faithful, brave, and courageous and to live their life loving God. In honor of Veterans Day, veterans in attendance were recognized. Fall Inductees include: Melissa Hadley, Shelby Henning, Amber O'Dell, Savannah Dunn, Al Fernandez, Amijoy Freeman, David Greeson, Alyssa Hinshaw, Daniel Hinshaw, Jennifer Snow, and Daniel Talley.
