On November 12, 2009, Alamance Christian School held its Fall National Honor Society Induction Ceremony. Mr. Freeman opened the ceremony with thoughts about characteristics of the type of person that it takes to become a member of NHS. Speeches on character, leadership, service, and academics were given by NHS officers Kaitlyn Forehand, Courtney Bunker, Michelle Jacobson, and Jaclyn Myers. Alumni Jordanna Barkman Dunkin, class of 1993, gave the charge to the inductees, encouraging them to work hard now and keep an eye toward the future because they are now becoming what they one day will be. New inductees to the NHS are: Kimberly Diniz, Kristen Loy, Kaylee Russ, Charlotte Talley, and Benton Tuck.
