The Golden Auction will be an evening of fellowship,
fun and fundraising!
It is with much gratitude that we give thanks to the local businesses who have partnered with us through
generous donations and/or sponsorships.
Check-in/dinner/silent auction will begin at 5:30 PM.
Dinner will be served from 5:30-6:30.
Silent auction ends at 7:30 PM.
Dinner tickets will be going on sale soon!!!
Dinner is being catered by Mykonos in Graham; adults and children 12+
Dinner for children under 12 will be pizza provided by Martinho's in Mebane.
Dinner pricing will be:
$5/children under 12
$25/family of 4 (2 adults, 2 under 12)
$35/family of 4 (2 adults, 2 12+)
FREE (donations accepted) CHILDCARE for children under 12 will begin at 6:30 PM.
There will be lots of fun for these kids including a Dr. Seuss themed night celebrating his birthday with lots of surprises and yes, more snacks!
The student balloon raffle tickets will be sold during lunch February 25-March 1.
On Friday, March 1, all students who purchased tickets will get a chance to have their ticket pulled and to pop a balloon that contains a gift card.
There will be 25 balloons which means 25 different students will have a chance to win a gift card.
Be ready to bid on the awesome classroom projects! Teachers and students are working hard!
Various silent items will be on display February 25-March 1 in the hallway behind the office for early silent bidding!
THE GOLDEN PRIZE!!
The raffle tickets for the GOLDEN PRIZE will go on sale Monday morning, February 4 at 7:30 AM in the front office. We anticipate a line; please keep it single file. We ask for your patience as the accuracy of record keeping for the ticket sales is very important. We will only have 100 tickets available for sale. The winner will have the choice of 2 prizes:
-a year's tuition
-cash prize of$5,000

The only tax deductible purchase available at our Golden Auction! This is a fun time to raise funds specifically for one of our planned upgrades to our school!
This will be your time to give as you can and gain a tax deduction for your donation! Win/Win!
Ending our evening will be a fun adult balloon pop, similar to the student pop, except adults will throw darts instead of popping with a pin.
Raffle tickets for this will be sold through out the auction and will be $1/ticket. Unlike the student balloon raffle, each ticket pulled will get a dart throw.
If you miss the balloon, we pull another ticket. Fun way to end our evening!
