Transcript Request

 

ACS Graduates who need a copy of their transcript have two options

  1. Send a WRITTEN request to the School Office.  Please include the following information in your letter:
    ---Your full name and date you graduated
    ---The school/organization, individual name, and address where the transcript should be mailed.
    ---Include an email address, street address, or phone number where you may be reached in the event we have questions
  2. Use the following online form to request your transceipt.
