Transcript Request
ACS Graduates who need a copy of their transcript have two options
- Send a WRITTEN request to the School Office. Please include the following information in your letter:
---Your full name and date you graduated
---The school/organization, name of individual to whom transcript is to be mailed,
and address where the transcript should be mailed.
---Include an email address, street address, or phone number where you may be reached
in the event we have questions - Use the following online form to request your transceipt.
