Accreditation
Accreditation, for a Christian school, means that an independent organization has provided its stamp of approval saying the school is meeting recognized standards of quality, accountability, and spirituality.
Alamance Christian School is proudly and fully accredited by:
The Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) - this organization examines whether ACS is fulfilling its mission to provide Christ-centered education including Biblical integration across all content areas. In other words, the school is not just Christian-in-name-only but is simultaneously dedicated to academic excellence and spiritual formation.
AdvancEd (now Cognia) - this entity is one of the largest accrediting bodies in the world bringing wide recognition across the country and world. Their model is data-driven with emphasis on continuous improvement looking at academic rigor, leadership quality, and organizational stability.
