ACS ADMISSIONS PACKET

PRESCHOOL ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Step 1: Complete student application and submit non-refundable application fee

  • The student application also includes the following required forms:

    • ACS Statement of Faith 

    • Enrollment Agreement

  • Step 2: Additional required documents

    • Picture of student

    • Copy of Birth Certificate

    • Health Form

      • Doctor’s Assessment

      • Immunization record

  • Step 3: Student/Parent interview

  • Step 4: Parents will be notified of the decision rendered by the Admissions Committee. Upon notification of acceptance, the non-refundable registration fee will be due.

ELEMENTARY ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Step 1: Complete student application and submit non-refundable application fee

  • The student application also includes the following required forms:

    • ACS Statement of Faith

    • Enrollment Agreement

    • Completed Health Form

  • Step 2: Additional required documents

    • Current and previous year report cards

    • Standardized testing results (SAT, EOC, EOG, etc.)

    • Diagnostic testing (ADD, ADHD, LD, AIG, etc.) if applicable

  • Step 3: Admissions testing

  • Step 4: Student/Parent interview

  • Step 5: Parents will be notified of the decision rendered by the Admissions Committee. Upon notification of acceptance, registration and book fees are due.

MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Step 1: Complete student application and submit non-refundable application fee

  • The student application also includes the following required forms:

    • Middle/High School Commitment Statement

    • ACS Statement of Faith o Enrollment Agreement

    • Completed Health Form

  • Step 2: Additional required documents

    • Current transcript

    • Current and previous year report cards

    • Standardized testing results (SAT, CAT, PSAT, PLAN, ACT, NC Tests, EOC, EOG, etc.)

    • Diagnostic testing (ADD, ADHD, LD, AIG, etc.) if applicable

  • Step 3: Admissions testing (if a student has current PSAT, PLAN, SAT, or ACT scores, testing may be waived)

  • Step 4: Student/Parent interview

  • Step 5: Parents will be notified of the decision rendered by the Admissions Committee. Upon notification of acceptance, registration and book fees are due.
